where are your products made?

~all artworks are created by myself in my garden studio in the fleurieu peninsula. I do my utmost to support local businesses in studio practices, art materials, printing, packaging and photography as much as possible. I take care to ensure that the limited edition prints are of the best quality with each artwork professionally photographed in adelaide and the selected works are printed on high quality cotton paper. My artist's cards are printed in south australia with australian made recycled envelopes.

shipping

when will my order be shipped?

~orders are packed and processed on tuesdays and fridays, with the exception of the medium and large size prints which are printed to order and take about 1-2 weeks

how long does shipping take?

~orders are sent via Sendle courier for regular post and Australia Post if regional address (expect 2-4 days) both come with their own tracking number and will be sent to you once processed. International orders are shipped via Australia Post and prices are calculated during the check-out process, based on weight and your location. Custom and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. The customer is responsible for these fees.

returns

what about refunds? what if i change my mind?

~due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of products, all sales are final. If you have any issues with your order please let us know and we will be more than happy to work something out.

commissions

do you take commissions?

~sorry i am not taking commissions at the moment, subscribe to emails at the bottom of the page to be notified when bookings are open.

wholesale

do you wholesale?

~we currently stock 40+ stores australia wide. If you would like to carry dana kinter products please send an email dana@danakinterart.com and include your webpage, store details and products you are interested in. We are committed to looking after our stockists, so eligibility for newcomers will be assessed by how close you are to an existing stockist.
